Custom 3D printed cookie cutters — coming soon

We are building a cookie cutter maker into DesignerX: draw the outline from your SVG, picture, text or a shape, and print a cutter — with a stamp that presses the details into the dough. It is not open to everyone yet — create a free account and try the tools that are open today.

What is coming

True size

The inside of the blade is exactly your outline, so the cookie comes out the size you set.

A thin edge that stays strong

The blade tapers to a cutting edge with a grip lip on top; 0.8 mm (two lines with a 0.4 mm nozzle) cuts cleanly.

Stamp with a knob

A plate that slides inside the cutter presses your artwork’s details or your text into the dough; the knob joins on with a printed dowel.

Names and letters

Type a word: close letters join into one cookie, or set the join to 0 for a cutter per letter.

Frequently asked questions

When will the cookie cutter studio be available?

We have not set a date yet. Sign up free and you will see it in DesignerX as soon as it opens.

Are printed cookie cutters food safe?

Print in PLA or PETG, use them for dough, fondant or clay — not hot food — and wash them by hand. Printed plastic has tiny gaps between layers, so treat a cutter as single-season.
