Common questions

The 3D preview is blank or says WebGL is unavailable.

Your browser could not start 3D graphics. Close other heavy tabs, enable hardware acceleration in your browser settings, or try a different browser. Your design is not lost.

My picture did not turn into a good shape.

Use a bold picture on a plain background. Try Remove background, switch between Dark parts and Whole shape, or upload an SVG for the cleanest result.

A note says extra supports or spokes were added.

Parts of your picture that would float were tied to the rest so the model prints in one piece. You can remove them by simplifying the picture.

The model is bigger than my printer bed.

Lower the artwork or panel size. The studio warns you when a part is longer than about 250 mm.

Parts do not fit together.

Raise the studio's fit / clearance setting by 0.05–0.1 mm if too tight, or lower it if too loose. Different printers need slightly different values.

A studio I expected is not in the launcher.

New studios open gradually. Press Ctrl/⌘ + K and search for it; if it is not listed it is not open yet, so check back soon.

My design is missing from another device.

A drive icon in My Designs means it was saved on that device only. Sign in and save again to keep it in your account.

My font did not load.

Check the file is a TTF, OTF or WOFF. Bold, rounded fonts print best; very thin fonts may not hold up at small sizes.

I cannot download my file.

You may need to sign in, or the studio may use credits for downloads. The download button tells you which.
